Service Delivery Policy (Shipping)

How the service is delivered

• For Jigyasha Collection Center, a trained phlebotomist visits your address on the date and time slot you chose to collect the blood sample.
• The business contacts you on the phone number you gave to confirm the slot, normally within a few hours of a successful payment.
• Reports are delivered digitally (by WhatsApp, email or download) by the business, usually within 24–48 hours of sample collection, depending on the test.

Service area

Home collection is available in the areas listed on the business's website. If your address is outside the service area, the booking is cancelled with a full refund.

Delays or problems

Physical shipping

We do not ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges or delivery times for goods.
