Privacy Policy

Information we receive

• Booking details passed from the business's website: booking reference, the amount payable and the name of the service.
• Payment status from Razorpay: whether the payment succeeded or failed, and its payment ID.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type, in server logs kept for security and fault-finding.

Your card, UPI or bank details are entered only on Razorpay's secure checkout. We never see, receive or store them.

How we use it

• To process your payment and confirm it to the business you are paying.
• To handle refunds, failed payments and support requests.
• To prevent fraud and keep the service secure, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, our payment processor, under its own privacy policy.
• The business you are paying, which receives your booking reference and payment status.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Retention and security

Payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, dispute handling and legal compliance. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and payment results are cryptographically signed so they cannot be forged.

Cookies

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Razorpay's checkout may set its own cookies for fraud prevention.

Your choices

You may ask us to access or correct the information we hold about you, or to delete it where the law allows, by emailing info@zroweb.com.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
